Delivery and return policy

I meticulously craft and assemble my creations in Los Angeles, California, relying on a select group of highly skilled knitters whom I’ve trusted and worked with exclusively for decades. Most pieces are made to order and all pieces undergo thorough inspection by me before shipping. We keep very few items in stock. If your order is not in stock it will be custom made. Variations in color shades may occur between orders.   

Priority mail shipping is free within United States and Canada. International shipping is available at customer’s expense.

In stock knits will be shipped within 7 to 10 days. Custom made knits will be shipped within 3 weeks.

No Returns will be accepted. Size Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of delivery for the same item purchased only.  Return shipping will be at customer’s expense.
